Sean Speer to Speak at AGM

TBay native to offer insights into the roiling intersect between business and public policy

The Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that Sean Speer will be joining us to give the Keynote Address at the 2018 Chair’s Reception and Annual General Meeting on Thursday, February 8.

Sean is an instructor and fellow at the University of Toronto’s School of Public Policy and Governance, a research fellow at public policy think-tanks in Ottawa and Washington, and a Thunder Bay native who received his first BA from Lakehead University, lending him a unique blend of local Thunder Bay, national and global perspectives.  In his keynote address he plans to explore themes ranging from government policy-making to the public perception of business that may be driving the changes we’re seeing today, and how the business community can adapt and thrive in today’s environment.
