On Thursday, January 14th Charla asked City leadership to make the tough but necessary choices that will reduce operating costs for 2021 and the years ahead, acknowledge the hard reality confronting many of our citizens, demonstrate empathy with their struggles, and leave a little more money in their pockets for daily purchases.

Within these areas, we advocate for fiscal transparency and accountability, and for the streamlining and reduction of regulatory burdens that make it harder for Thunder Bay businesses to compete.

Tourism Thunder Bay and Thunder Bay CEDC are currently accepting applications for consideration for positions on the Tourism Investment Committee (TIC).
The Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce welcomes the approval by City Council of a holistic Program and Service Review.
