E-News Button Ad
Our monthly E-News is emailed to over 2000 business representatives at the beginning of each month. The E-news will keep you up to date on all Chamber events and activities and will help you learn about your fellow members.

Website Banner Ad
The Chamber of Commerce Website is an excellent avenue to promote your Business! Our website gets over 4000 visits per month with about 16,000 page views.
Purchase your Banner Ad for:
• 3 months $300.00 plus tax 2 months $225.00 plus tax 1 month $150.00 plus tax
 
Mass Email or Broadcast Fax-out
Members are invited to take advantage of these very effective and affordable advertising programs. Send out your one page advertisement to over 1500 Chamber members. All you need to do is email your flyer in PDF format.

Quarterly Newsletter Ads
Advertisements, announcements or informational items may be submitted for inclusion into our Quarterly Newsletter. Our Newsletters are delivered to all Chamber Members as well as the Chronicle Journal’s 40,000 subscribers.
• Purchase a Quarterly Newsletter ad for: 1/4 page ad (B&W) $250.00 plus tax / 1/4 page ad (colour) $325.00 plus tax  [size is 5Ό" x 5Ό"]

Advertisements, announcements or informational items may be delivered along with the Quarterly Newsletter to over 1100 members.

After Business Winners of the
E-News "Business Profile" Submission Guidelines
 
• Your Business Profile should have a brief title
• Your company logo can be included in the article (.jpg or .gif format)
• Two additional images/photos can also be included (.jpg format)
• Your article can link to your website or to a document/ advertisement (.pdf format)
• Your business profile should not exceed 500 words in MS Word or Plain Text format

Not sure what to include in your Business Profile? Here are some suggestions:
• Business history/Future vision of your company
• How long have you been in business
• How many employees you have
• Where would you like to see your business in three years
• Favourite things about doing business in Thunder Bay
• Future vision for Thunder Bay

Banner Ad Guidelines
• Banners are 468 x 60 pixels and must be .jpg or .gif only
• If you would like us to design the banner, there will be an additional $75.00 charge
 
E-News Ad Guidelines
•  Buttons are 140 x 140 pixels in dimension
• Buttons can also link to any URL or other resource.

Monthly E-News "Good News" Submission Guidelines
 
The Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce “Good News” is a monthly compilation of announcements and news from our members. The “Good News” is published on our website and promoted in our monthly E-Newsletter, which is circulated via email to the Chamber membership. The E-Newsletter has grown to include a large viewing audience of over 1500 member email address.
 
 
Not sure what to include in your “Good News Story”, here are some suggestions:
• Company anniversaries
• Employee anniversaries
• Retirement or hiring announcements
• Company awards or certificates
• Company expansions or mergers
• Re-locations or store openings

Good News Stories must be submitted to the Chamber office by the 3rd week of each month be included in the next monthly E-Newsletter issue. You can view or sign up for our monthly E-Newsletter at www.tbchamber.ca/news
