On March 27^th, 2013 “SHIFT Rocks Lakehead: LIVE at the Outpost” showcased Thunder Bay’s local talent! Amanda Mihalus from City Wide Sound and Samantha Mihalus of the SHIFT Member Engagement & Recruitment Committee Member led guests through a night of incredible live music! The performances by Stephanie Stirrup, Plan B as well as Tin Pan Alley were fantastic!
