This free event is for Charity Connect Members only, and aims to help Chamber charities better connect with the programs, events and communications opportunities we offer through the Charity Connect program.
In this session we’ll be introducing you to our new Community Engagement Coordinator, Clenton Afonso, and taking the opportunity to bid farewell to our Community Connections Assistant Colin Beauchamp who will be finishing his contract with us in short order.
This session will offer a workshop that will cover key elements like:
- using the Member Centre:
- updating your enhanced Directory listing to best effect
- submitting your events and volunteer listings
- special features of your Charity Connect Membership
- eligibility for 100 People Who Care funds
- your free eBlast and Member Profile
- matching program
- update on the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce’ resolution with the Canadian Chamber to lobby the Canadian government in support of a guaranteed basic income pilot
