Vote for Your New Board Online

(We're Introducing eVoting)

Your Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce is getting ready for our annual Board of Directors election to be held September 12th through 28th.  This year we’ll be using an online election system for voting and tabulating the votes for Board election instead of mailing printed ballots to the primary contact for each organization.  The program we will be using is tablet, smart phone and computer friendly with high integrity (256 bit encryption – the same as major banks) that will be easy and convenient to use for our membership.

How to participate?

Assuming your account information is up to date, the primary contact for your business or organization will receive an email on September 12 containing the slate of candidates, the voter’s unique voter link and a secret access key for their ballot.  You’ll have two weeks to login and cast your votes.

Didn’t get the email?

  1. Check your junk mail folder for it; it will be coming from the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce
    No luck?
  2. Give us a call at (807) 624-2626 and confirm we have correct information for your company or organization’s primary contact.
