In just 5 minutes you can help us set the agenda at City Hall for the next 4 years.

August 2018

Charla Robinson, President

The slate of candidates for the October 22 municipal election is now set with 61 individuals vying for the 13 available positions on City Council. Now the work begins in earnest for candidates to meet the voters and for the voters to learn about the candidates.

Work is well underway for your Chamber’s election activities. We have already held numerous member roundtables to learn about the City issues that most impact local businesses and to discuss ideas to address those issues. Now it’s up to you to help us set the agenda for the next City Council by taking 5 minutes to complete our Business Agenda Survey. The results of the Business Agenda Survey will support the development of a Chamber election platform designed to help us understand candidate priorities as they relate to business interests and to inform candidates about the issues that matter to us.

Over the next 4 years, the successful candidates will make decisions that will impact your business and your family – please take 5 minutes now to help us tell them your priorities to make our businesses and our city stronger together.

The Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce' advocacy work is made possible thanks to the generous support of our
