Guided by the Board’s strategic plan, Charla leads the staff team and serves as a nexus for the political, organizational and business relationships we cultivate in support of our mission. A lifetime “political junkie,” Charla’s deep and broad connections to all three levels of government help us keep the business community abreast of issues as they develop.

Though she seems to work round-the-clock on Chamber business, Charla does take time to relax and recharge, usually with a classic movie, one of her favourite British detective programs or a walk in nature.

Born and raised in the North he’s passionate about serving the business community with the goal of making your business more successful. He’s a jack-of-all trades type of person with experience in everything from building houses to managing ski hills. You can reach out to him with any questions you might have about the Thunder Bay Chamber, and he’ll get you the information you’re looking for.

When he isn’t in the office, you can usually find Andrew out on a lake in his fishing boat or on stage performing music or doing stand-up comedy.

After fifteen years with the Thunder Bay Chamber and a five year hiatus, Nancy has returned as a Event Consultant to lead the Chamber events. Creative, engaging and collaborative with extensive experience in event management and project management, Nancy is a great communicator and networker with expert negotiation skills who builds long lasting relationships and non-traditional partnerships to break ground in new areas. Nancy is a highly sought-after course facilitator on event management throughout Canada, the U.S, India and Asia.

In her spare time she loves to travel the world and create culinary dishes for friends and family.

Sejal Aryal handles day-to-day bookkeeping and provides administrative support to ensure smooth financial and office operations.
