The Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development has posted online information regarding the recent amendment that created a new rule requiring some employers to:
- develop a written policy on electronic monitoring of employees that includes specified information; and
- provide a copy of the written policy to its employees and assignment employees who are assigned to perform work for that employer.
